1. Guest Service Agent

Requirements

• Hotel experience a must: Minimum 1 year (4 or 5 Star Rated)
• Opera PMS knowledge is a must
• Front Office / Customer Care background is an added advantage
• Pre-opening experience is an added advantage

2. Procurement Officer

Requirements

• Hotel experience a must: Minimum 1 year
• Minimum of 2 years in the procurement field
• Materials Control (MC) & ERP systems knowledge is an added advantage
• Pre-opening experience is an added advantage

3. ICT Assistant

Requirements

• Hotel experience a must: Minimum 1 year
• Opera PMS, POS, Key Card, CCTV, and  Financial Systems knowledge is a must
• Basic AI Knowledge is an added advantage
• Pre-opening experience is an added advantage

4. Commis II

Requirements

• Hotel or restaurant experience a must: Minimum 2 years
• Certificate in culinary operations is an added advantage
• Pre-opening experience is an added advantage

5. Laundry Supervisor

Requirements

• Hotel experience a must: Minimum 1 year
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role & above
• Housekeeping operations leadership experience is an added advantage
• Experience in commercial laundry is an added advantage
• Pre-opening experience is an added advantage

6. Laundry Attendant

Requirements

• Hotel experience a must: Minimum 1 year
• Housekeeping Attendant experience is an added advantage
• Experience in commercial laundry is an added advantage

7. Administrative Driver

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in the same role
• Basic to advanced car maintenance knowledge is a must
• Valid driver’s license a must
• Hotel experience is an added advantage
• Executive-level driver experience is an added advantage
